A Sunday Morning; with Zai and Millla.

Paper Meadows Photography Blog-Milla and Zai -Pet Photography-Pet love

Trying to sleep in with Zai.

Paper Meadows Photography Blog-Zai -Cat Photography-Pets

Zai's bird watching window.

On most mornings Zai and our family awake to the sound of the birds singing their morning song,
and to the musical dish-tappings performed by Zai;

-tap-scratch-tap meow tap-scratch-meow-

All of you that have a cat in family probably know what I'm
talking about; and your musical cat has their own #1 hit song!

Paper Meadows Photography Blog-Zai -Cat Photography-Pets

Zai loves the sound of his food replenishing his dish,
which must be done in a timely manner.
Once filled to his satisfaction,
and with Zai knowing that his bowl is full for the day,
it is enough to bring on a morning nap.

No eating necessary, not yet anyway, it's too early. Right?

So, Zai will re-start his morning with a few cuddles and a cat nap;
knowing his bowl is full and ready for
his breakfast / brunch /  lunch / cat snack /
supper / midnightsnack;
as he so wishes.

Oh, to be Zai!

Sunday and sunbeam mornings with Milla.

Paper Meadows Photography Blog-Milla -Dog Photography-Pets

Milla will start her day with a visit to the her playground / backyard, where she can talk to the morning birds, rabbits, squirrels, car engines, her dog neighbors, the wind and whatever else she feels could use a cheery good morning hello / bark!

After she has had her breakfast, she cannot resist a soak in the sun. She basks in the winter sun that shines through the house windows every chance she gets.

In the summer months, morning sun rays make
deck lounging irresistible.

Milla loves a good morning nap too!

my daughter in a double exposure / multiple exposure technique. Usually I will create in-camera double exposures,

Plant Love. Little fawn, little tree.

Little fawn, little tree.

Paper Meadows Photography Blog-Plant Love- Little Fawn, little Tree-mini fairy garden

This is one of our mini-mini fairy gardens; little fawn, little tree.

Her bed is made up of a soft clump of Club Moss, and her shaded shelter comes from a Dwarf Pine.
The white kitchen dishware is recycled into a lovely plant pot; which we purchased from one of our local second hand shops.

Her neighbors are full of beauty.
On one side is little rabbit, who rests beside his tropical Pepperomia plant,
while he gazes out the window from his little white creamer dish.
On the other side of little fawn sits a white recycled teapot full of precious pink Violets.
They all are displayed upon a window shelf in the kitchen, with many other white kitchen wares turned plant pots.
We will share more soon.

We have collected many little dishes, pots, and glassware found treasure hunting at our local flea market,
and second hand stores. We love recycling these little dishes into plant pots as a whimsical way to display some of
our favorite little plants, and are the perfect size for our window plant shelf.

Happy Planting!
